A series of technologies for concentrating, recovering and treating VOCs waste gas (widely applied in the treatment of VOCs waste gas emission processes in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, mechanical and electrical, automobiles, electronics, printing, coatings, and plastic products).
RTO technology (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)
RTO works by heating the organic waste gas to over 760℃ (typically 800-850℃), oxidizing and decomposing the VOCs in the waste gas into harmless carbon dioxide (CO₂) and water (H₂O). The key lies in the word "heat storage": through ceramic heat storage bodies, the heat carried by the high-temperature flue gas after combustion is recovered and used to preheat the newly entering low-temperature waste gas, with the heat energy recovery efficiency reaching over 95%, thus significantly reducing fuel consumption.
Regenerative Catalytic Oxidation (RCO)
RCO combines the heat storage principle of RTO with catalytic oxidation technology. It places a catalyst in the combustion chamber, enabling the oxidation reaction of VOCs to occur at a lower temperature (typically 300-400℃).
Zeolite rotor/activated carbon concentration and solvent recovery technology
The zeolite rotor and activated carbon concentration technology can reduce the exhaust gas volume and increase the concentration of the exhaust gas. It is particularly applicable to large-volume and low-concentration exhaust gases. Moreover, if the composition of the exhaust gas is simple and there is the feasibility and value for recovery, the organic solvents can also be recovered.
Low-temperature plasma oxidation technology
Plasma high-voltage discharge causes the ionization of oxygen in the air to form oxygen atoms, and then oxidizes organic molecules. This technology is suitable for low-concentration organic waste gas. It should be noted that the concentration of the waste gas components should be lower than 25% of the lower limit of the explosion limit to ensure safety performance.
Biological treatment technology (biological filter, biological filter, biological scrubber)
For the treatment of high-volume, low-concentration, especially malodorous exhaust gases (such as the malodor from sewage treatment ponds and sewage lift pump rooms), the biological method is particularly applicable.
