Yuewei holds Level 2 certification in environmental engineering professional contracting, construction labor qualifications, ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and level 3 certification in industrial wastewater treatment facilities operation service (China Environmental Service Certification). We are a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Beijing and a national high-tech enterprise. We also have 5 authorized patents and 11 software copyright registrations. Additionally, we played a role in drafting the group standard "Technical Specification for Environmental Risk Prevention and Control in the Construction Process of Soil Pollution Remediation Projects on Construction Land" (T/CRRA 9908-2023), which has been officially released and implemented. We are participating in the drafting of the group standard "Technical Evaluation Specification for Carbon Footprint of Wastewater Treatment Services in the Electronic Circuit Manufacturing Industry".

For volatile organic pollutants, we've designed and manufactured multiphase extraction equipment, mobile gas phase extraction equipment, soil vapor extraction reactors, in-situ injection equipment, and various soil gas measurement instruments. These innovations have yielded significant results in projects and gained recognition from diverse stakeholders.

Yuewei possesses the capability to independently manufacture multiphase extraction and gas phase extraction equipment. Our expert team has optimized and upgraded these devices, adding the feature of layered extraction at different depths. We've also developed mobile versions of these devices, ideal for small-scale remediation projects like gas stations and oil depots.

To address diverse groundwater in-situ remediation projects, Yuewei created a mobile in-situ injection remediation integrated system for contaminated sites, obtaining patent authorization. This system offers flexibility and automated control during the remediation process. Furthermore, we've developed enhanced in-situ injection equipment, utilizing specially designed drilling tools to pressurize agents and inject them into underground water, thereby improving in-situ injection effectiveness. This equipment is especially suited for areas with low permeability and allows simultaneous injection at multiple points.

Yuewei's expert team has also pioneered passive soil gas collection technology. To adapt to project-specific conditions, we've fine-tuned and improved the equipment. Our team participated in crafting the "Technical Guidelines for Sampling VOCs in Polluted Soil and Groundwater," led by the Beijing Municipal Research Institute of Environmental Protection, and will soon be involved in creating related technical guidelines like the Technical Guidelines for Volatile Flux Testing. Notably, Yuewei's soil gas survey and evaluation technology, known as the Passive Mass Flux Measurement Instrument, has been included in the "Practical List of Soil and Groundwater Survey and Remediation Techniques and Remediation Agents (the first batch)."

The Guangdong branch of Beijing Yuewei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. It is a member of Guangdong Electroplating Industry Association and Zhuhai Environmental Protection and Ecology Association. Its business scope includes designing, constructing, and operating wastewater treatment projects. We possess extensive experience in water treatment project design, construction, and operation. Leveraging our technical expertise, financial strength, and project experience, Yuewei can tailor construction and operation plans to meet customer needs, project characteristics, and processing requirements. We aim to achieve the most economical and effective results, prioritizing one case per factory over one case for multiple factories.

HK Yuewei Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuewei, which is an important fulcrum for Yuewei to carry out business in Hong Kong. Relying on Yuewei Hong Kong Branch, Yuewei actively develops the Hong Kong market.

Lastly, Yuewei has signed an exclusive agency agreement with Clean Smart Cities, a renowned Australian solid waste and hazardous waste management company, to jointly provide solid waste and hazardous waste treatment services in China. We've also collaborated with Elephants Foot, a prominent Australian waste collection and classification enterprise, to jointly offer waste sorting and treatment services.

Zhongsheng Zhongyou operates 23 gas stations and refueling stations, spread across Beijing, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, and Northeast China. Additionally, it has a sizable oil depot in cooperation with partners in Beijing, with an annual sales volume exceeding 100,000 tons of refined oil and a maximum annual supply capacity of 250 million cubic meters of natural gas. Zhongshengzhongyou, along with its affiliated hazardous chemicals management enterprises, has received district-level recognition as a demonstration unit multiple times and has been acknowledged as a model enterprise and an outstanding cooperation partner by China Petroleum Sales Company. Leaders from Beijing's Petroleum and Petrochemical System have visited our company on numerous occasions for observation and learning. In 2016, Zhongsheng Beiqing Gas Station was the sole hazardous chemicals enterprise recommended by the Haidian District Safety Supervision Bureau for inspection by the municipal supervision team, receiving unanimous acclaim.

Zhongshengzhongyou has maintained a strong partnership with China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) in the areas of refined oil and natural gas sales, gas station franchising, environmental protection technology, and pharmaceutical procurement and sales. All gas stations affiliated with Zhongshengzhongyou have long been franchised by China National Petroleum Corporation and are authorized to use the China National Petroleum Corporation logo.

Jiuxin Energy holds a nationwide hazardous chemical operation license and possesses portable skid-mounted gas supply equipment, along with an experienced project team. Leveraging the robust resources of its parent company, Jiuxin Energy can provide natural gas to customers throughout the country, ensuring safety, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

Jiuxin Energy invested and constructed a gasification station in Jiangmen. Covering an area of 25,333 square meters, it houses 8,200 cubic gas storage tanks, with an hourly gas supply capacity of 1 million square meters and an annual gas supply capacity of 230 million square meters.

The natural gas comes from international imported sources and those purchased by prominent entities such as China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). This ensures a robust gas supply for the Jiangmen Gas Power Plant of China Huadian Corporation and heating needs in the South China production base of Master Kong.
